# SHAONENG: The State Administration for Market Regulation will not implement further review

SHAONENG announced that the company received the "Decision on Not Implementing Further Review of Antitrust Review of Operator Concentration" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation. According to Article 30 of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, no further review will be conducted on the acquisition case of Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co., Ltd. by Shaoguan Jincai Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company's issuance of shares to specific objects still requires approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and a registration decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
