LYE announced that as of September 30, 2025, the company reduced its shareholding by 477,400 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.17% of the company's total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 81.5 yuan/share, a lowest price of 74.7 yuan/share, and an average price of 77.82 yuan/share. The total amount of funds raised from the reduction is 37.1215 million yuan; there are 115,000 shares of repurchased shares available for maintaining the company's value and shareholder rights. The total amount of this reduction plan does not exceed 592,400 shares, with the reduction period from August 29, 2025, to February 28, 2026
