# Crystal-Optech completes leadership change and industrial and commercial registration modification

According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, Crystal-Optech underwent a business change, with Lin Min stepping down as the legal representative and chairman, succeeded by Li Xiayun. At the same time, several key personnel have also changed. Zhejiang Crystal-Optech Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2002, with a registered capital of approximately 1.39 billion RMB. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of electronic components, optoelectronic devices, intelligent vehicle-mounted equipment, sales of intelligent vehicle-mounted equipment, manufacturing of virtual reality devices, manufacturing of wearable smart devices, research and development of intelligent robots, and sales of intelligent robots, among others. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Star Group Limited, Hangzhou Deep Reform Zhe New Enterprise Management Partnership, Hong Kong Central Clearing Limited, and others
