创陞控股 (02680.HK) 公布，主席锺志文向独立第三方王庭发转让 75% 持股，涉及 4,500 万股，总代价 2.7 元，完成後，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价 6 元，较停牌前收报溢价 6.01%。截止後，要约人拟维持股份於联交所的上市地位。

公司股份已申请周一 (13 日) 恢复买卖。
