# After more than 700 bids, the auction of 30 million shares of GOLDEN DRAGON has concluded, and one bidder may enter the top five shareholders

On October 12th at 11:37, the judicial auction of 30 million shares of GOLDEN DRAGON concluded. The JD judicial auction website shows that the aforementioned shares are held by the controlling shareholder of GOLDEN DRAGON, Dongguan New Century Science and Education Development Co., Ltd., which were divided into 10 auction lots, each consisting of 3 million shares, with a starting price totaling nearly 300 million yuan. This judicial auction attracted 75 participants, with a total of 726 bids. According to the online bidding success confirmation, Chengdu Jinyao No. 1 Enterprise Management Partnership successfully acquired 21 million shares at a total transaction price of 262 million yuan. Based on the top ten shareholders of GOLDEN DRAGON as of the end of June, this bidder may become the fifth largest shareholder of the company. Additionally, individual Chen Ruiyue acquired 3 million shares for 37.5345 million yuan; individual Wang Meier acquired 3 million shares for 36.8345 million yuan; individual Shi Youjun acquired 3 million shares for 38.9345 million yuan
