# 中石化冠德：日照实华被 OFAC 列入 SDN 清单

智通财经 APP 讯，中石化冠德 (00934) 发布公告，美国财政部海外资产控制办公室 (OFAC) 将日照实华原油码头有限公司 (日照实华，公司持有 50% 的股权) 列入特别指定国民清单 (SDN 清单)。

日照实华主要经营原油码头及其配套设施相关业务，日照实华于 2024 财政年度为公司实现的投资收益占集团除所得税前溢利约 12%，而集团于 2024 财政年度除所得税前溢利约 12.87 亿港元。根据公司初步评估，日照实华被列入 SDN 名单后，其相关业务可能会受到限制，继而对集团的整体业绩产生相应影响。

集团的其他业务运作保持正常。
