# CHANT GROUP: Decided to redeem "Changji Convertible Bonds" in advance

On October 14th, CHANT GROUP announced that from September 15th to October 13th, the closing price of the company's stock has not been lower than 130% of the current conversion price of the "Changji Convertible Bonds" for fifteen trading days, triggering the conditional redemption clause of the "Changji Convertible Bonds." Considering the current market and the company's own situation, the board of directors has decided to exercise the early redemption rights of the "Changji Convertible Bonds." According to the arrangement, the "Changji Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted by the close of trading on November 3rd will be forcibly redeemed. After this redemption is completed, the "Changji Convertible Bonds" will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and bondholders of the "Changji Convertible Bonds" are reminded to pay attention to the conversion within the deadline
