# SDIMS: Chief Financial Officer Xie Lizhi plans to reduce holdings by 0.17%

SDIMS announced that the Chief Financial Officer/Board Secretary Xie Lizhi holds 516,700 shares of the company, accounting for 0.68%. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 129,200 shares, accounting for 0.17%, through centralized bidding and block trading from the 15th trading day after the announcement date until February 4, 2026, with the reduction price determined by the market price at the time of reduction
