According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ruyi Group (002193.SZ) announced that the company has received a "Notice of Case Filing" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
