> 富国银行宣布，自 2025 年 10 月 14 日起，富国银行董事会任命 Charlie Scharf 为董事会主席。此外，Steven Black 被任命为首席独立董事

Wells Fargo & Company announced that Effective October 14, 2025, the Wells Fargo Board of Directors appointed Charlie Scharf as Chairman of the Board. Additionally, Steven Black was named as the Lead Independent Director.
