智通财经 APP 获悉，芯片股午后走高，截至发稿，华虹半导体 (01347) 涨 4.69%，报 80.35 港元；晶门半导体 (02878) 涨 3.92%，报 0.53 港元；上海复旦 (01385) 涨 3.54%，报 41 港元；中芯国际 (00981) 涨 1.43%，报 74.4 港元。

消息面上，10 月 15 日-17 日，2025 湾区半导体产业生态博览会在深圳举行，新凯来子公司启云方首次向业界发布了两款拥有完全自主知识产权的国产电子工程 EDA（原理图和 PCB）设计软件，产品性能较行业标杆提升 30%，产品硬件开发周期可缩短 40%。不过，湾芯展首日，新凯来并未展示关于光刻机的设备。该公司展台工作人员表示，“没有接到新品发布的通知，本次参展不会有新品发布。”

东吴证券认为，海外针对半导体的管制利好国产半导体设备份额提升，国内晶圆厂制程的核心工艺设备环节如光刻、刻蚀、薄膜沉积国产化率有望快速提升；此外存储持续涨价、国内先进制程积极扩产、国产算力发展均带来制造端投资机会。
