# Shiji Information Technology: Application for Issuing Shares to Purchase Assets Accepted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Shiji Information Technology announced that the company intends to acquire 13.50% of the shares of Shenzhen Sihon Software Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Yunxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Zhang Yuhong, and Zhang Wei through the issuance of shares. The company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 14, 2025, regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets by Beijing Zhongchang Shiji Information Technology Co., Ltd. This transaction is subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and requires approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission
