# LTTC: A cash dividend of 1 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares for the first half of 2025

LTTC announced that the dividend distribution plan for the first half of 2025 is as follows: based on the company's existing total share capital of 817 million shares, a cash dividend of 1 RMB will be distributed for every 10 shares, totaling a cash dividend of 81.7307 million RMB. The cash dividends distributed to B-share shareholders will be converted at the exchange rate determined by the board of directors, based on the central parity rate of the RMB against the HKD published by the People's Bank of China on the day after the board's resolution. The record date for A-share dividend distribution is October 22, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 23, 2025
