# 中国水务拟发行本金为 1.5 亿美元的优先票据

> 中国水务计划发行 1.5 亿美元的优先票据，票据由附属公司担保，预计于 2030 年到期，利率为 5.875 厘。发行所得款项将用于偿还离岸债务，并部分用于合资格绿色项目融资。公司已获得新交所上市批准，预计于 2025 年 10 月 22 日完成发行。

智通财经 APP 讯，中国水务 (00855) 公布，公司已进行美元计价优先票据的国际发售，其由附属公司担保人担保。

于 2025 年 10 月 15 日，公司及附属公司担保人与 Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc、Barclays Bank PLC、中国国际金融香港证券有限公司、中信银行 (国际) 有限公司、德意志银行香港分行、星展银行有限公司及日兴证券 (香港) 有限公司 (作为初始购买人) 就发行及销售本金总额为 1.5 亿美元于 2030 年到期的 5.875 厘优先票据订立购买协议。

票据发行所得款项总额将约为 1.484 亿美元。所得款项净额将用作偿还若干离岸债务。在上述前提下，公司计划将相当于本次发售所得款项总额的金额，全部或部分用作按照蓝绿融资框架为合资格绿色项目 (尤其是供水项目) 融资或再融资。

公司已收到新交所塬则上批准票据于新交所上市及报价。预期票据发行将于 2025 年 10 月 22 日完成。
