# CREAT: Received the second phase of equity transfer payment of 1 million yuan from Qingmu Yuan

CREAT announced that the company held a board meeting on September 20, 2024, and approved the proposal to transfer 51% of the equity of Hangzhou Pingdan Technology Co., Ltd. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will no longer hold any equity in Hangzhou Pingdan. According to the equity transfer agreement, the company has received the first phase of the equity transfer payment of RMB 4.2953 million from the transferee Qingmu Yuan and the second phase payment of RMB 1 million, as well as the first phase payment of RMB 1.2273 million and the second phase payment of RMB 1.179 million from the transferee Chen Zhaohua. The remaining RMB 3.1268 million has not yet been received. The company will follow up on the payment progress of this equity transfer and urge Qingmu Yuan to pay the remaining amount to the company
