# TFME: The major shareholder plans to reduce their holdings by no more than 1% of the company's shares within 6 months

On October 16, 2025, Tongfu Microelectronics announced that its controlling shareholder, Nantong Huada Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd., which holds 19.79% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 15,175,969 shares, or no more than 1% of the total shares of the company, within three months after the announcement is made, through centralized bidding. The reason for the reduction is due to its own operational management needs, and the shares are from before the initial public offering. The reduction price will be determined at market price. The implementation of this reduction plan is subject to uncertainty and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it affect the company's governance and operations
