# SWIRE Properties partners with Thai developer to launch its first residential project in Bangkok, expected to be completed in 2030

<Huìgǎng Tōngxùn\> A joint venture company, City Dynamic, established by Thai property developer City Realty and Swire Properties, announced a strategic partnership with Swire Hotels to launch the world's first residential brand, Upper House Residences Bangkok, and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, bringing the Upper House brand into residential living in Bangkok.

These two residential buildings are located on Wireless Road in Bangkok, boasting expansive views of Lumpini Park and Benjakitti Park. The project broke ground in April this year and is expected to be completed in 2030.

Thomas Woolsey, Co-Managing Director of City Dynamic, stated that in addition to holding freehold ownership on Wireless Road in Bangkok, the collaboration with Swire Hotels adds charm to the project. Following residential projects such as The Upper House in Hong Kong and EDEN in Singapore, this project will provide buyers with another opportunity to own a landmark residence by Swire Properties.

Swire Hotels' Chief Commercial Officer, Shi Ruizhong, expressed that the project opens a new chapter for the Upper House brand, integrating world-class design and service experiences into residential living. This milestone project in Southeast Asia lays the foundation for future business expansion, driving the group to further extend its international market footprint with a clear vision.
