JINLING MINING announced on October 17 that it is publicly listing the transfer of 100% equity and debt of Tashkurgan County Jingan Mining Co., Ltd. at the Shandong Property Rights Exchange Center. As of October 16, 2025, the announcement period for the company's second public listing phase has expired, and no qualified potential transferees have been solicited. After the company's research, it has been decided to suspend the listing of this project
