# SG Micro director Lin Lin plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.28% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SG Micro (300661.SZ) stated that one of the concerted actions of the company's controlling shareholder, Mr. Lin Lin, plans to reduce his holdings in the company through block trades and centralized bidding transactions. The reduction period is from November 10, 2025, to February 9, 2026. The expected reduction amount will not exceed 7.8871 million shares, which is no more than 1.28% of the company's total share capital
