# GCEG: Subsidiary signs cooperation framework agreement

GCEG announced that on October 17, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Hydropower Second Engineering Bureau signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Management Committee of Guangdong Maoming Binhai New Area. The agreement includes aspects such as marine high-end equipment manufacturing, clean energy project investment and development, and infrastructure construction. Specific cooperation matters will be separately signed in a cooperation agreement after the company's decision-making procedures are followed
