# BROAD-OCEAN MOTOR: Raises the upper limit of the share repurchase price and extends the implementation period

On October 17th, BROAD-OCEAN MOTOR announced that, in light of the recent continuous rise in the company's stock price exceeding the upper limit of the repurchase plan set at RMB 6.77 per share, the company intends to adjust the upper limit of the repurchase price from RMB 6.77 per share to RMB 15 per share. Additionally, the implementation period for the repurchase will be extended by 6 months, making the repurchase implementation period from November 11, 2024, to May 10, 2026
