# Taihe Technologies: Director Yao Ya plans to reduce holdings by 0.278%

Taihe Technologies announced that the company's director and general manager, Yao Ya, directly holds 2.4262 million shares, accounting for 1.111% of the company's total share capital. She plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 606,000 shares, approximately 0.278% of the total share capital, within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. The shares to be reduced come from shares held prior to the company's initial public offering and shares obtained through rights distribution, as well as shares granted under the 2021 restricted stock incentive plan
