# 中原建业首九月在管项目合约销售 80.5 亿人民币  减少 20%

> 中原建业公布，2023 年前九个月在管项目合约销售为 80.47 亿元人民币，同比减少 20%。9 月份合约销售为 7.67 亿元，建筑面积约 12.21 万平方米。平均售价为每平方米 6,175 元，较去年上升 1.1%。截至 9 月，集团拥有 462 个签约项目，建筑面积约 5,646 万平方米。

中原建业 (09982.HK) 公布，9 月份，在管项目合约销售 7.67 亿人民币 (下同)，合约销售建筑面积约 12.21 万平方米。首九个月，在管项目累计合约销售 80.47 亿元，按年减少 20%；涉及建筑面积约 130.32 万平方米，减少 20.8%。每平方米平均售价 6,175 元，上升 1.1%。

月内，集团获得 1 个新签合约项目。9 月止，拥有合计 462 个签约项目，涉及建筑面积约 5,646 万平方米。
