# ZHONG JI LS: Yan Yifan resigns as CEO, succeeded by Yan Li

ZHONG JI LS (00767.HK) announced that Yan Yifan has resigned as executive director and CEO due to a desire to spend more time on personal and other business commitments, and Cao Zhong has also resigned as executive director, both effective from October 17, 2025. At the same time, the company announced that Yan Li has been appointed as the company's CEO, effective from October 17, 2025.

The company stated that Yan Li joined the company as an executive director in October 2020 and was appointed as chairman of the board in December of the same year. Currently, Yan Li holds approximately 94.655 million shares of the company, accounting for about 14.87% of the total issued shares
