# 皇九全层原 WeWork 租约将到期  新客月租 59 万跌近四成

中环皇后大道中九号低层全层写字楼新近以每月约 59 万元租出，尺租 43 元。该单位目前由共享办公空间营运商 WeWork 承租，月租约 96 万元，据悉租约即将到期。

上址为皇后大道中九号 4 楼全层，建筑面积约 13,721 平方尺，WeWork 自 2021 年底起承租，共设逾 200 张办公桌，设施包括共享工作空间、会议室、私人办公室、电话亭等，月租约 96 万元，尺租约 70 元。市场人士透露，业主原本每月叫租约 68.6 万元，惟物业刚以每月约 59 万元租出，每平方尺约 43 元，较叫租低 14%，同时较 WeWork 现时月租低出 38.5%。
