欧洲央行行长拉加德周日表示，全球经济 “尚未完全感受到特朗普关税带来的阵痛”。 拉加德在节目中指出，总有一天，出口商和进口商将不再接受关税导致的利润空间缩水，进而决定提高产品价格。 “本质上，这三分之二的由出口商和进口商这两类企业承担，其基础是挤压自身利润空间，” 她说，“他们能忍受这种利润挤压多久——仍需观察。而当他们无法忍受时，因为压力变得太大，成本就会转嫁到消费者身上。所以，这只是时间问题。” 拉加德表示，关税是导致全球经济 “处于转型中” 的两大因素之一，另一个因素是科技进步。
