# 迪生创建主席变更

> 迪生创建宣布，潘廸生将从集团执行主席及执行董事等职位退任，变更于 10 月 20 日董事局会议后生效。潘廸生将继续支持集团，并被任命为投资委员会成员及主席。集团首席营运官潘冠达将负责所有业务管理，执行董事陈汉松将接任代理主席及提名委员会主席。

迪生创建 (00113.HK) 公布，潘廸生已决定从集团执行主席及执行董事和提名委员会主席等职位退任，紧随 10 月 20 日 (今日) 董事局会议结束後生效。潘廸生将继续支持集团，董事局已委任潘廸生为公司投资委员会之成员及主席，同日起生效。

集团首席营运官及执行董事潘冠达将负责集团所有业务管理，连同集团业务日常运作，而执行董事陈汉松将接任集团代理主席职位，及提名委员会主席一职，均紧随同日董事局会议结束後生效。
