# DICKSON CONCEPT: Pan Disheng retires as Executive Chairman and Executive Director

According to the announcement from DICKSON CONCEPT (00113), Mr. Pan Dishing has decided to retire from his positions as Group Executive Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective immediately after the board meeting on October 20, 2025.

The board has appointed Mr. Pan Dishing as a member and Chairman of the Company's Investment Committee, effective immediately after the board meeting on October 20, 2025.

Mr. Pan Guanda, the Group's Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, will be responsible for managing all of the Group's businesses, along with the daily operations of the Group, effective immediately after the board meeting on October 20, 2025.

Mr. Chen Hansong, the Group's Executive Director, will take over as the Group's Acting Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective immediately after the board meeting on October 20, 2025
