TUS-EST announced that its holding subsidiary Kunming Dianqing Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd. received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Kunming Ecological Environment Bureau for discharging water pollutants in a manner that evades regulation, with a fine of RMB 267,000. The fine has been fully paid, and it has not had a significant impact on the company's production and operations.
