# NBHX: Issuance of A shares to specific targets accepted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange

NBHX announced that it recently received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets by Ningbo Huaxiang Electronics Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific targets, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. The issuance of A-shares to specific targets is still subject to approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
