SHUANGTA FOOD: The announcement states that the company's 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. This equity distribution is based on a total share capital of 1.197 billion shares after excluding repurchased shares, distributing 0.1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling a cash dividend of 11.9741 million yuan. The equity registration date is October 27, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 28. The company has entrusted China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders' cash dividends will be distributed by the company itself
