# One of the actual controllers of Wuhan Fingu, Meng Qingnan, and his concerted actors plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wuhan Fingu (002194.SZ) announced that the company received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from Mr. Meng Qingnan, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, and his concerted actor Mr. Meng Fanbo, stating that the total reduction plan will not exceed 20,498,574 shares (i.e., not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital)
