# 德林控股大成交挫 11%  折让 11% 先旧后新配股净筹近 9.6 亿

> 德林控股今日低开并跌幅扩大，现报 3.05 元，跌 11.34%。公司计划以先旧后新方式配售 2.55 亿股，配售价 3.05 元，折让约 11.34%。此次配售预计净筹近 9.6 亿元，将用于扩充比特币挖矿及数码储备业务等。

德林控股 (01709.HK) 今早 (21 日) 低开 8.7%，初段跌幅扩大，低见 3.03 元。现报 3.05 元，跌 11.34%，成交激增至 10.41 亿元。

集团今早开市前公布，计划以先旧後新方式配售合共 2.55 亿股股份，占公司现有已发行股本约 15.15% 及经扩大後已发行股本约 13.16%，每股配售价 3.05 元，较股份前收市价每股 3.44 元折让约 11.34%。公司并与认购方 Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited 订立协议，将以每股 3.05 元向其配发及发行最多 6,380.3 万股新股份，占经扩大後已发行股本约 3.18%。

所得款项净额合计达到 9.56 亿元，公司将用於扩充比特币挖矿及数码储备业务、开发及代币化 RWA 产品及策略性及多元化投资，以支持在数码金融、虚拟资产及 RWA 代币化业务以及比特币挖矿及相关基础设施开发方面的扩充，增强资产构建及分配能力，并加强经常性收入来源。
