# Ganfeng Lithium provides over 800 million yuan in guarantees for its subsidiary

Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company previously reviewed and approved the external guarantee limit for the company and its subsidiaries for the year 2025, totaling 36.35 billion yuan. Recently, the company provided a joint liability guarantee for its holding subsidiary Ganfeng Lithium Battery's 200 million yuan debt with Guokai Financial, with Ganfeng Lithium Battery pledging 20% of its equity in Dongguan Ganfeng Lithium Battery; it provided a guarantee for Shenzhen Yichu's 50 million yuan debt with Bohai Bank for Tianjin Jianyuan, with Shenzhen Yichu issuing a shortfall compensation commitment and pledging 100% of Tianjin Jianyuan's equity; it provided a guarantee for Shenzhen Yichu's Qujing Guangchu's 628 million yuan financing lease business with Bank of Communications Financial Leasing. As of the announcement date, the total balance of external guarantees for the company and its holding subsidiaries is 20.427 billion yuan, accounting for 48.89% of the audited net assets for 2024
