# 《异动》药捷安康初段炒高 16%  日前建议实行 H 股全流通

> 药捷安康今早低开 2.1% 后急升 16.5%，现报 201.2 元，成交 5.29 亿元。公司董事会已批准向中证监申请将 10 名股东持有的 4,497 万股内资股转换为 H 股，占已发行股份约 11.33%。该股于 6 月上市，半年亏损 1.23 亿元人民币，曾在挂牌不足三个月内飙升逾 50 倍。

药捷安康-B(02617.HK) 今早 (22 日) 低开 2.1% 后转势急升，现报 201.2 元，升 16.5%，成交 5.29 亿元。

集团周一宣布，董事会已考虑及批准向中证监提交申请，将公司 10 名股东持有 4,497 万股内资股转换为 H 股，占公司目前已发行股份总数约 11.33%。於取得所有相关批准后，该等内资股将转换为 H 股，并符合资格於联交所主板上市及买卖。根据公司章程，毋须再召开股东大会批准转换及上市。

该股於 6 月下旬上市，截至 6 月底止半年尚未录得收入，亏损 1.23 亿元人民币，对上财年蚀 1.6 亿元人民币。该股曾在挂牌不足三个月累飙逾 50 倍，9 月中旬股价曾高见 679.5 元，市值一度逾 2,000 亿元，甚至超越医药蓝筹中生 (01177.HK) 及石药 (01093.HK)，随后急挫。
