JOUDER PRECISION announced that the company's director Yang Linghui has resigned early for personal reasons, with the original term set to end on November 15, 2027. Yang Linghui is a founding shareholder and director of Dongfa Precision, which, as of the announcement date, holds 4.71% of the shares, while Yang Linghui holds 31% of Dongfa Precision. After his resignation, he will not transfer any shares he directly or indirectly holds in the company for six months. This resignation will not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum, and the company will promptly elect a new director
