# SPORTSOUL shareholder J.LU plans to transfer 5.66% of shares by agreement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SPORTSOUL (001300.SZ) announced that its shareholder J.LU INVESTMENTS LLC (referred to as "J.LU") intends to transfer 13.8 million shares it holds in the company to Zhejiang Qihou Asset Management Co., Ltd. (representing "Qihou Huili No. 3 Securities Private Investment Fund") (referred to as "Qihou Asset") through a negotiated transfer, accounting for 5.66% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price is 13.95 yuan per share, with a total transfer amount of 193 million yuan
