# 《大行》花旗：金沙中国新客回赠策略奏效  推动 EBITDA 增长且利润率仅微降

花旗报告指，金沙中国 (01928.HK) 以稳健的业绩开启了 2025 年第三季的财报季。物业 EBITDA 达到 6.01 亿美元，按年增 3%，按季增 6%，这是自 2024 年第一季以来首次突破 6 亿美元水平。若非 9 月底的超强台风导致营运暂时中断，其 EBITDA 本可轻松超过 6 亿美元。公司的新客回赠策略初见成效，预估市占率较上季提升了 1 个百分点至 23.4%。更令人鼓舞的是，EBITDA 的改善仅伴随着利润率的轻微下降。

花旗表示，金沙中国仍是该行的首选股之一，预期其 EBITDA 复苏将在今年第四季及明年持续。评级「买入」，目标价 25.5 元。
