# AOTO Electronics: Plans to terminate the smart network intelligent integration capability enhancement project and permanently supplement working capital with the remaining raised funds

On October 23rd, AOTO Electronics announced that, based on the current state of the real estate market, the company's business development situation, and the need for operating funds, in order to reduce the investment risk of raised funds and improve the efficiency of fund utilization, the company plans to terminate the "Smart Outlet Intelligent Integration Capability Enhancement Project" and use the remaining raised funds of 50.4688 million yuan to permanently supplement working capital. The "Smart Outlet Intelligent Integration Capability Enhancement Project" was originally planned to invest 70 million yuan in raised funds. As of September 30, 2025, a total of 26.1351 million yuan of raised funds has been invested, with an investment progress of 37.34%
