# 传 Palantir、Lumen 合作协议价值 2 亿美元

智通财经 APP 获悉，据知情人士透露，Palantir(PLTR.US) 上月与 Lumen Technologies(LUMN.US) 签署的合作协议价值 2 亿美元。知情人士透露，根据协议条款，Lumen 将在数年内向 Palantir 支付这笔总额 2 亿美元的费用。截至发稿，Lumen 周四美股盘前涨超 2%，Palantir 则跌逾 1%。

据悉，Palantir 与 Lumen 于 9 月宣布达成合作，将 Palantir 的 Foundry 和人工智能 (AI) 平台引入 Lumen，助力后者从传统电信公司转型为新一代技术基础设施公司。Palantir 的工具将帮助 Lumen 简化运营、优化决策流程，并实现系统现代化。

Lumen 首席技术和产品官 Dave Ward 表示：“作为人工智能经济的基石，Lumen 努力让自身的运营也变得智能化且高效，就像我们为客户提供的网络服务一样。与 Palantir 合作使我们能够利用人工智能来加快现代化进程，并在人工智能时代为客户提供所需的网络和服务。”
