> 俊裕地基宣布，控股股东 Oriental Castle 将 75% 股权转让给中国网成董事长周振林，涉及 9 亿股，总代价 8,000 万元，每股作价 0.089 元。周先生需提出强制性全面要约，现金价 0.089 元，较停牌前折让 79.06%。公司股份将于周五 (24 日) 恢复买卖。

俊裕地基 (01757.HK) 公布，控股股东 Oriental Castle 向中国网成 (01920.HK) 董事长兼控股股东周振林 (要约人) 悉数转让 75% 股权，涉及 9 亿股股份，总代价 8,000 万元，相当於每股作价 0.089 元。完成后，周先生须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价 0.089 元，较停牌前收报折让 79.06%。

截止后，要约人拟继续经营集团之现有主要业务及维持公司之上市地位。公司股份已申请周五 (24 日) 恢复买卖。
