# Meituan is reportedly planning to issue dim sum bonds to raise up to 10 billion yuan

According to informed sources, Meituan plans to raise RMB 9 billion to 10 billion (USD 1.26 billion to 1.4 billion) through the initial issuance of dim sum bonds.

The informed sources stated that the offshore RMB-denominated bonds to be issued will include 5-year and 10-year varieties.

As the matter has not yet been made public, the sources requested anonymity. They said that Meituan may introduce these bonds as early as next week. The matter is still under negotiation, and details may change
