# Wang Wentao: The service industry will be the focus of the upcoming opening, while expanding pilot programs for value-added telecommunications, biotechnology, and wholly foreign-owned hospitals

On October 24th, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held a press conference to introduce and interpret the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee. Wang Wentao, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of Commerce, stated at the meeting that foreign enterprises are not outsiders, but part of the family. China's super-large market is also an opportunity for foreign enterprises. In the future, our country will further lower market access thresholds, with the service industry being the focus of upcoming openings, while also expanding pilot programs for value-added telecommunications, biotechnology, wholly foreign-owned hospitals, and orderly expanding self-opening in the education and cultural sectors
