# SHUANGTA FOOD: Chairman partially lifts pledge on 17 million shares

Shuangta Food announced that recently, Chairman Yang Junmin has lifted the pledge on part of the shares he holds in the company. The number of shares released from the pledge is 17 million shares, accounting for 11.25% of his holdings and 1.38% of the company's total share capital. The start date is June 20, 2023, and the release date is October 23, 2025. The pledgee is China International Capital Corporation Wealth Securities Co., Ltd. Yang Junmin holds 151 million shares, with a holding ratio of 12.25%, and has pledged a total of 53 million shares, accounting for 35.06% of his holdings and 4.30% of the company's total share capital
