# ChuanDa ZhiSheng: Plans to transfer 44.8% equity of its controlling subsidiary for 22.06 million yuan

ChuanDa ZhiSheng announced that on September 29, 2025, the company agreed to transfer 44.8% equity of its controlling subsidiary Sichuan Huakong Graphical Technology Co., Ltd. to JuXing TongHang. Recently, a "Equity Transfer Agreement" has been signed, with a transfer price of 22.06 million yuan. Within three working days after the agreement is signed, the transferee has paid a deposit of 2 million yuan; the remaining payment of 20.06 million yuan will be paid before December 20, 2025, and the industrial and commercial change will be completed within 10 working days after the remaining payment is made. As of now, the company has received 2 million yuan of the transfer payment
