# SHANGFENG CEMENT: The invested company Angruiwei has submitted a registration application for the Sci-Tech Innovation Board

Shangfeng Cement announced that on October 23, 2025, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the registration application for Beijing Angrui Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct its initial public offering and list on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. Angrui Micro is an enterprise invested by Suzhou Industrial Park Xincheng Venture Capital Partnership, a special equity investment fund jointly established by Ningbo Shangrong Logistics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangfeng Cement, and professional institutions. Ningbo Shangrong invested 100 million yuan in Suzhou Xincheng, holding a 55.60% investment share. Suzhou Xincheng holds 257,700 shares of Angrui Micro, with a shareholding ratio of 0.3452%.
