# HK FINANCE GP: Deloitte appointed as the new auditor

According to the announcement from HK FINANCE GP (01273), the company has requested the resignation of its auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, due to the inability to reach a consensus on the proposed auditor's remuneration for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. PricewaterhouseCoopers has accepted the resignation, effective from October 24, 2025.

The board further announced that, after considering the recommendations of the audit committee and based on the selection results, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from October 24, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
