# 全球多行业巨头掀裁员潮 汽车业成裁员潮重灾区

> 全球多个行业正经历裁员潮，汽车行业尤为严重。雷诺集团计划裁员 3000 人，福特汽车将在德国科隆工厂裁员 1000 人，采埃孚裁员 7600 人，博世计划到 2030 年底削减约 1.3 万个岗位。

目前，全球多个行业正迎来新一轮裁员潮。过去两个月，全球汽车、制药、航空、能源及消费品领域的多家头部企业相继公布裁员计划，规模从数千至数万不等。汽车行业成为本轮裁员潮的重灾区。法国媒体本月早些时候报道称，雷诺集团计划实施一项 “自愿离职” 计划，在全球范围内裁员 3000 人。美国福特汽车公司 9 月宣布，由于欧洲电动汽车市场需求疲软，将于 2026 年初在其德国科隆工厂裁员 1000 人，首次涉及整车生产部门。供应链端同样承压明显。德国汽车零部件巨头采埃孚本月初宣布裁员 7600 人；另一行业巨头博世则计划到 2030 年底进一步削减约 1.3 万个岗位。
