According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DELONG CO-ENERGY (000593.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Beijing Dingxin Ruitong Technology Development Co., Ltd., signed a "Share Transfer Intent Agreement" with Dongyang Nuoxin Core Material Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) on October 24, 2025, which may lead to a change in the company's control. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from October 27, 2025 (Monday), and is expected to resume trading on October 29, 2025 (Wednesday)
