According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Gaoguang Micro Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increased to 13.12 million yuan, and a new shareholder, CCEM, holding approximately 3.65% of the shares. Qichacha shows that Shanghai Gaoguang Micro Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2024, with Gao Yuanda as the legal representative.
